Returns & Exchanges

Turntable Lab offers a 30-day return window for most gear, provided items are in their original, unopened packaging with all accessories included. We strive to ensure your high-fidelity audio equipment meets your expectations or we will help you find the right replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Once approved, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for eligible domestic returns.

• 3.
  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging and then inside a sturdy shipping box with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off the package at the designated carrier location; once our lab inspects the equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
